Hello, I’m Mei Yee Lam.
I help people release the weight of anxiety and negative habits — not just by easing the symptoms, but by shifting what created them in the first place.
Over the years, I’ve studied how the mind truly changes — through hypnosis, NLP, coaching, and psychology — and developed a process that goes far deeper than surface-level coping. It works where traditional methods often can’t, because it reaches the root: the patterns, triggers, and emotions your conscious mind can’t always access.
I’ve created a personalised, results-focused process that helps you release anxiety, unravel negative patterns, and find calm from within.

How Most People Approach Anxiety or Negative Habits
Most people believe that reading more books, joining quick programmes, or spending hours on podcasts will lift the inner battles — and sometimes it does, but ever so slowly.
Many try to manage or suppress their anxiety: thinking positive, seeking quick fixes, distracting themselves to take the edge off, or falling into cycles of overthinking, overdoing, or doing nothing at all. They search for every reason behind every feeling and can’t seem to switch off from self-analysis.
Often, help is only sought when things become unmanageable — when anxiety begins to impact sleep, relationships, or health — and willpower alone no longer works.
My Approach to Anxiety and Negative Habit Release:
My work focuses on fast, lasting results. Most clients I work with only need a few sessions. Everyone’s process is unique, but my goal is always the same — to help you find peace and clarity as quickly and safely as possible.
Results-based pricing:
One investment covers everything until you reach your outcome. The total is €1300, with flexible options available — we’ll discuss those on your strategy call.
At your pace:
Each session continues until the work is complete, whether that takes 20 minutes or two hours. We can also do multiple mini-sessions to work on several areas at once.
Genuine results: This goes beyond coping strategies. The goal isn’t to manage pain but to move past it. My work isn’t done until you feel calm, confident, and free to live fully again.
